Wall colour
Paint two walls white and two walls sky blue for a fresh and contemporary feel. |

Install built in wardrobes along one wall. Place open storage in-between the doors to allow the display of ornaments and add interest to the design of this huge structure. |

Dressing table
Make a dressing table and paint it blue to match the room. Make a trendy glass top by using a sticky frosted film to create a sanded/etched effect on the glass. |

Sand the existing floorboards and fill in the gaps. Apply a whitewash over the floorboards to brighten up the floor area. |

Make cubed shelves out of MDF and attach to the walls. As well as looking very stylish they will provide storage and display surfaces. |

Build a flat pack futon and white wash the frame to match the look of the flooring. Place a blue cushion and a brightly coloured pink throw over the mattress. |

Fit full-length white tab topped curtains to your window and place a navy blue black out blind against the pane. |
